Your Role:

  • Provide scientific responses to complex inquiries and solutions to customers research challenges, collaborating with senior scientists when needed.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and research interests.
  • Handle quality complaints by effectively troubleshooting and investigating the root cause in collaboration with internal and external teams, while also managing cross-reference requests to support customer needs.
  • Management of incoming emails, website requests will be part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Maintain a high level of customer acumen by communicating clearly, setting realistic expectations that align with both customer needs and organizational objectives, and ensuring timely, courteous, and professional interactions with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Adhere to all Compliance and Technical Training requirements. Time will be scheduled monthly to ensure all required training courses are complete and up to date.

 

Who you are:

 

  • Master’s degree in life-science (Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry)
  • 0- 2 years of experience as R&D Lab Technician (in life science industry) or technical support representative (in life science industry). 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solves problems that are generally of moderate scope and complexity, following established SOPs and procedures.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and situations.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Technical Service Analyst should have good interpersonal skills
    • Software knowledge: SFDC, Oracle, SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS.
    • Language Fluency in Spoken & Written English

 

Behavioral Competencies: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understand the basics and needs of good communication in the process.

• Advanced in Interpersonal skills, Problem solving, Planning & execution.

• Proficient in Customer orientation, Business acumen and Leading change

 Shifts: Rotational | 24*7 with 2 Week-Offs.
