In this role, the individual will be responsible, by way of example but not limited to, for the following activities:
Updating market presentations
Supporting the preparation of pitch decks
Assisting senior team members in managing divestment processes
Mapping funds nearing maturity
Updating client and opportunity databases/files
Conducting property site inspections
Supporting the creation of discounted cash flow (DCF) models
Requirements
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong report writing skills in English
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Prior valuation or leasing experience is a plus
English language advance level
Team-oriented, collaborative attitude and knowledge-sharing spirit
Committed to delivering outstanding client service and continuous improvement
Compensation and Transparency
We believe in an open and transparent approach to compensation. For this role, the base salary range is between €35,000 and €40,000 gross per annum (RAL). Positioning within the range will depend on experience, skills, and the expected impact in the role. Candidates at an early stage in their career are typically positioned towards the lower end of the range, while candidates with significant experience and the ability to deliver immediate impact may be positioned towards the upper end. We also offer a comprehensive compensation package which, in addition to benefits, may include discretionary performance-based bonuses in line with company policies. Our compensation decisions are based on clear, objective criteria, aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
