About the job
The Product Sourcing Manager will be responsible for supplier management, cost optimization, and supply continuity across a portfolio of high-impact components including networking solutions, optics, and server platforms. This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence supplier relationships, and deliver strategic sourcing solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical chassis to support hyperscale programs
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance management, and capacity alignment
• Ensure supply continuity, lead-time management, and production readiness for system builds
• Drive cost optimization, should-cost analysis, and regional sourcing initiatives
• Partner with Engineering, NPI, and Operations on RFQs, supplier qualification, and design readiness
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, including capacity constraints, quality issues, and delivery gaps
Salary $120,000-140,000
