We’re expanding our manufacturing operations in Singapore and looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Operations to lead production, drive efficiency, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity
Drive production planning, capacity management, and on-time delivery
Partner with engineering, quality, warehouse, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support NPI (New Product Introduction)
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and shorten cycle time
Build, lead, and develop a strong production team
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality standards
Support audits, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
8+ years in manufacturing operations, with leadership experience
Strong background in production, planning, and process improvement
Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Familiar with ISO, safety, and quality standards
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
