The Resource Management Business Solutions Associate supports enterprise resource management operations by assisting with reporting, data analysis, and operational insights. This role focuses on producing accurate, timely analytical outputs that support utilization, capacity, and resourcing decisions within ERMO. The Associate works collaboratively with onshore and offshore team members, supports Dayshape platform reporting needs, and builds foundational skills in analytics, business enablement, and resource management processes.
Reporting & Analytical Support
Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and validation of enterprise resource management reports and dashboards
Perform data analysis to support utilization, capacity, and workforce planning requests
Identify data inconsistencies or issues and escalate findings to senior team members
Support documentation of reporting logic, metrics definitions, and standard processes
Platform & Operational Support
Support Dayshape reporting and operational activities, including uploads, validation of data outputs and enhancement impacts
Assist with service ticket analysis and resolution support as directed
Partner with senior team members to support testing, documentation, and release readiness activities
Learning, Development & Team Collaboration
Participate in training related to resource management processes, reporting tools, and Dayshape functionality
Collaborate with global and offshore team members to support timely and consistent delivery
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement efforts
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications.
TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
0–2 years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, business operations, or resource management
Foundational Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to follow defined processes and documentation standards
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Interest in analytics, technology, and continuous improvement
LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Ability to work within a global team environment on concurrent projects and activities required
