Role Overview
This role supports the External Data Reporting (EDR) team, with a primary focus on ISO Commercial Lines and Personal Lines statistical reporting. The work directly supports regulatory and bureau reporting obligations and plays a key role in making sure submissions are accurate, consistent, and submitted on time.
In addition to recurring reporting, this position owns ISO reporting issues and improvements. That includes researching questions, working through problems, and partnering with technical and business teams to get fixes implemented. This role suits someone who likes owning work end‑to‑end and is comfortable working through ambiguity.
Core Responsibilities (ISO CL & PL Reporting)
Prepare and submit recurring ISO CL and PL statistical filings
Review and interpret ISO manuals, reporting instructions, and edit feedback
Research prior submissions to ensure consistent reporting decisions
Investigate errors, edit failures, and data anomalies
Coordinate with Product, Claims, policy systems, and data teams to resolve issues
Maintain clear documentation of assumptions, decisions, and changes
ISO reporting is iterative and evolves over time; this role requires attention to detail and continuity of ownership.
Project & Change Ownership
This role will serve as the primary project lead for ISO CL & PL reporting improvements, including:
Owning known ISO reporting issues from identification through resolution
Writing technical business requirements for reporting fixes or enhancements
Partnering with IT teams to translate requirements into system changes
Participating in testing, validation, and implementation
Identifying and planning for future ISO reporting changes
This is an ownership role, not a hand‑off role. The expectation is to keep work moving, raise risks early, and follow issues through to completion.

Managing multiple priorities, sometimes with incomplete information
