The expectation is to keep work moving, raise risks early, and follow issues through to completion.   What the Job Looks Like At a practical level, this role involves: Balancing recurring ISO deadlines with longer‑term improvement work Managing multiple priorities, sometimes with incomplete information Interpreting guidance rather than following step‑by‑step instructions Communicating clearly with internal partners across teams Documenting work so decisions can be referenced later Responding to ad hoc ISO or regulatory requests when they come up   Ideal Candidate Profile Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience with regulatory, statistical, or bureau reporting Excel skills; moderate technical ability with room to grow (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI, SQL) Experience documenting business requirements or processes Comfortable coordinating work across multiple departments Strong attention to detail and follow‑through   Traits that Matter Willingness to take ownership and see work through Comfort asking questions when guidance isn’t clear Ability to manage competing priorities responsibly Clear, professional communication Strong documentation habits
