Learn more at https://www.marsunited.com/. Overview We are hiring a Shopper Marketing Account Director to shape and deliver impactful campaigns that connect brands with people in meaningful ways. This is a pivotal role where you’ll influence global shopper marketing activity for key clients, helping them grow through insight-led, creative solutions. You’ll collaborate across strategy, creative, and client teams to deliver work that makes a measurable difference. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing: Lead and grow client relationships, building trust and ensuring an exceptional standard of service and delivery Oversee end-to-end shopper marketing campaigns, from brief to execution, ensuring quality and consistency throughout Partner with strategy, creative, and digital teams to develop integrated, insight-led campaigns Guide and support cross-functional teams, creating a collaborative and solutions-focused environment Identify opportunities to enhance campaigns through digital innovation and shopper insight Manage account operations, including project planning, timelines, and financial oversight Spot growth opportunities across client accounts and contribute to new business development initiatives Qualifications Skills we’re looking for: Experience in shopper marketing, BTL, or integrated marketing (FMCG experience is beneficial) Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively Confidence managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail A strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into compelling campaign ideas Clear and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive and adaptable approach when working with evolving priorities An interest in shopper behaviour and a curiosity for how people engage with brands Additional information Mars United℠ Commerce offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
