Job Purpose: We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team at our manufacturing plant. In exchange, we’ll provide you with a great working environment, a complete benefit package and you can take your slice of our profit-sharing program. 

Responsibilities: 

• Weld steel metal.
• Arranges and aligns the parts to be welded with the appropriate tools;
• Ensures compliance with quality standards;
• Sets up welding equipment and welds parts;
• Verify that the number of components received match the quantity that is required.
• Verify that welded assemblies adhere to manufacturing instructions.
• Put away his tools and equipment, and keep his work area clean;
• Performs its tasks in accordance with safety rules;

Qualifications: 

• DEP in Welding or equivalency with work experience;
• Knowledge of relative safety standards;
• Ability to work safely under pressure;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complete repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods of time;
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs;
• Good communication with team;
• Required to pass a welding test as part of interviewing process
