Job Description
Review agreements related to agency and business operations.
Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Identify legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential exposure.
Manage and support asset recovery initiatives, including clawback processes.
Monitor cases related to financial recovery, ensuring proper legal handling and documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Business) to ensure effective recovery execution.
Provide legal assessment and strategy for dispute resolution or recovery actions.
Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day corporate matters.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.
Support corporate actions such as licensing, documentation, and regulatory submissions.
Develop and improve legal SOPs and documentation standards.
Maintain proper legal records and contract documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.); Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 2-4 years of legal experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or corporate environment.
Strong experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
