The Opportunity

IT Infrastructure Specialist – Networks.

Please note this is a permanent full time role based in Toll groups head office in Melbourne, VIC.

Toll Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist – Networks to join our Group IT Infrastructure Operations team based in Melbourne.

This role will see you act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across enterprise networking, supporting the design, implementation, and optimisation of network infrastructure in a global environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining business-critical systems while contributing to new and emerging technologies.

As the IT Infrastructure Specialist – Networks, you’ll be responsible for:

• Provide expert-level support across network infrastructure environments

• Design, implement, and optimise network solutions and architecture

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents (break/fix)

• Support configuration, performance, and reliability of network systems

• Apply strong analytical skills to identify issues and deliver root cause analysis

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritise business-critical incidents

• Contribute to continuous improvement and infrastructure enhancements

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Strong experience across enterprise networking environments.

• Experience with Zscaler (preferred/critical platform)

• Relevant network or infrastructure certifications

• Exposure to enterprise/global IT environments
