This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role shaping the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) function across three Australian divisions. Reporting to the Head of Finance Operations and operating within a Global Business Services (GBS) model, you will play a key role in lifting performance, embedding stronger governance and controls, and driving working capital improvements.
You’ll be at the forefront of transformation, partnering with Finance, IT, Procurement and Transformation teams to deliver AI-enabled automation and optimise systems including SAP S/4HANA and Concur.
Responsibilities include:
P2P Strategy, Governance & Standardisation: Drive a consistent and controlled P2P operating model across all divisions, ensuring strong governance, policy adherence and standardised ways of working to reduce risk, improve purchasing discipline and deliver a single, aligned approach across the business.
Working Capital & Financial Performance: Own and optimise the key P2P levers that directly impact working capital, influencing payment cycles, invoice performance and cash outcomes, while partnering with Finance, Treasury and Procurement to support informed, data-led decision making.
Automation, Systems & Continuous Improvement: Lead the transformation of P2P through automation and AI-enabled solutions, optimising systems including Concur and aligning initiatives to SAP S/4HANA, to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and drive more efficient, scalable processes.
GBS Performance & Delivery: Drive performance accountability across the GBS model, working closely with offshore teams to deliver against SLAs and KPIs, while embedding a strong, metrics-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and consistent service delivery.
Procurement & S2P Alignment: Strengthen alignment between Procurement and P2P to ensure disciplined sourcing, purchasing and payment outcomes, reinforcing governance and enabling better supplier performance and end-to-end process integration.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and develop a high-performing team while influencing senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, IT and operations, driving capability uplift, managing complex issues and delivering outcomes across a multi-division environment.
