Duties & Responsibilities:
The Senior Coordinator, Performance and Engagement Programmes position at Lincoln International provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment and support the organization with key development, engagement and performance management topics. The scope of the role combines some elements to strategically enhance existing efforts, launch new initiatives, as well as operationally and administratively execute current programmes and cycles. The Senior Coordinator, Performance and Engagement Programmes serves as a liaison between the firm’s Global and European Talent and HR teams and designated country and sector organisations. This role will report directly into the Global Talent team based in the U.S., with dotted line reporting relationships and meaningful interaction with the talent team in Europe.
Based in Frankfurt, Germany, the Senior Coordinator, Performance and Engagement Programmes is responsible for the coordination of performance management and internal talent development and engagement programmes and initiatives across all levels and functions in Europe. More specifically, we envision the Senior Coordinator, Performance and Engagement Programmes will be tasked with the following:
- Manage Performance Review Cycles for European bankers, functional and administrative staff
- Manage and oversee the execution of performance management processes in Europe, including 6-monthly performance cycle administration, analysis, review material compilation, communication, review meeting management and coordination, and reporting in close collaboration with local, regional and global leadership teams
- Support the development of dashboards and other performance-related analyses for HR Business Partners and leaders to enable effective monitoring, reporting and strategic decision-making
- Support the annual Managing Director performance management process, ensuring effective coordination, administration, and stakeholder engagement Ensure Review outcomes and developmental action points are analysed and reflected in overall training offering and individual plans
- Assist with the rollout and implementation of a new Performance Management system, including rollout planning, change management, stakeholder communications as well as continuous process refinement
- Lead the European Employee Onboarding Effort
- Manage, execute, coordinate and schedule onboarding at all levels to facilitate professional and cultural firm integration, engagement and performance
- Further develop the pan-European junior banker onboarding approach as a combination of global, European and local efforts
- Develop and execute a pan-European intern, functional and administrative onboarding process
- Leverage existing materials and resources and identify new measures to support, facilitate and further refine the above
- Identify ways to evaluate effectiveness of the above with a view to enhance onboarding programmes and contribute to the best employee experience
- Manage, execute, coordinate and schedule onboarding at all levels to facilitate professional and cultural firm integration, engagement and performance
- Lead the pan-European execution of other key internal employee engagement and development programmes
- Manage and plan Banker Teach-in efforts and monthly sessions, incl associated recording and reporting
- Manage and run the pan-European Mentoring program, incl systems integrations
- Assist with annual Engagement Survey reporting, analysis and action planning
- Support Lincoln’s internal banker AI efforts as it relates to training and other AI initiatives
- Lead the development and launch of a European Alumni Program, defining its strategy, objectives, programme framework, and KPIs while leveraging best practices from the established U.S. Alumni Program
- Support DEI related programmes, e.g. diversity mentoring, female internship teach-ins, resource groups and others
- Partner with local HR Business Partners in Europe to ensure compliance with all mandatory country-specific training requirements
- Support the Talent function with analytics in relation to the above
- We anticipate this role will evolve as the Senior Coordinator, Performance and Engagement Programmes makes strategic recommendations on how the role can best serve their designated business unit(s) and the broader organization.
Qualifications:
Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience of running performance management cycles within a professional services organization
- Prior touch points with professionalized induction programmes
- Has had exposure to implementing and running internal engagement programs such as mentoring, DEI, etc.
- Excellent project management, organization and prioritization skills, ability to adapt to business changes
- Ability and experience in leveraging AI
- Entrepreneurial professional with strong listening skills, who enjoys problem solving and presenting recommendations that will benefit the full organization
- Authentic individual with high integrity, whose personal and professional values are consistent with Lincoln’s Culture Statement (Excellence, Entrepreneurship, Integration, Collaboration, Integrity)
- Confident personality, comfortable working in a highly professional and fast-moving environment, with considerable empowerment to move topics forward

Other Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Development and Training function within a professional services environment
- University degree, ideally business-related
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, simple, situational, multi-level, multi-cultural)
- Proficient with IT, AI, and Systems to ensure a continuous development of our LMS and user experience, as well as back-end reporting
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft clear narratives and visually compelling slides that communicate key messages effectively Excellent analytical skills, comfortable with data and excel, manipulating data and working with charts
- Languages: Fluent German and English language skills, another European language (e.g. French) will be of advantage
