The General Manager: Regulatory Affairs is responsible to oversee the management of regulatory concerns, provide on-going regulatory advice on various business issues. Develop regulatory policies, legislative framework and manage future impact of new regulatory policies and legislation on MTN operations. Maintain effective relationships with relevant government departments, regulatory bodies and agencies to ensure an enabling environment for MTN activities. Provide MTN with a proactive and integrated monitoring and regulatory risk management strategy.
