Talent Acquisition Business Partner – EMEA

As Talent Acquisition Business Partner you are responsible for providing talent acquisition expertise for hiring managers in the EMEA region: from employer branding, sourcing strategies, resource planning, diversity, talent pooling and recruitment process management. As our new TA Business Partner, you will manage talent acquisition for positions within our Service function. Using innovative sourcing strategies and methodologies you will attract, identify, source and select appropriately skilled candidates and communicate back to each candidate in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
You will act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business while managing the end-to-end hiring process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Work with your Hiring Managers to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles, with a specific focus on positions within our service function, f.e. Field Service Engineers, Process Technologists, Field Service Managers, Customer Care, etc.
- Use Workforce Planning and stakeholder engagement to ensure the volume and priorities for the team are clear
- Be a strategic Business Partner with leaders, hiring managers and HR on job descriptions, compensation and Go to Market strategies
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate attraction
- Identify innovative candidate channels to meet the needs for JBT Marel’s most challenging service roles
- Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a pipeline of candidates and promote the JBT Marel brand
- Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates

Travel at least twice a week to our office in Boxmeer where you meet
stakeholders and candidates is feasible for you.
Education, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience of recruiting talent, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Advanced understanding of, and experience in, international recruitment
- Knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.
- Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s value proposition
- Fluency in English and Dutch reading and writing skills
- We consider both candidates with Corporate Recruitment or agency experience
