Job Description
Grade 5- £35520- £38739pa The role is responsible for managing corporate and statutory complaints, Members’ enquiries and Ombudsman cases. The postholder ensures complaints and enquiries are handled sensitively, lawfully, and within statutory timescales, providing clear advice, high‑quality responses, and reports for senior officers and Councillors. The role requires strong judgment, excellent communication skills, secure information handling, and a commitment to continuous service improvement through learning from complaints, feedback, and performance data.
