The London Borough of Havering is seeking an outstanding strategic leader to shape and deliver high-quality Children’s Commissioning services across the borough. This pivotal role will lead commissioning, brokerage and market development activity across Start Well services, ensuring children, young people and families receive safe, effective and value-for-money support that improves lives and outcomes.

Working across Children’s Services, Education, Health, SEND and wider partnerships, you will play a central role in delivering innovative, preventative and collaborative commissioning approaches that support Havering’s ambitions for children and young people.
