Spa Attendants consistently demonstrate: Positive attitude • Professional presence • Attention to detail • Strong work ethic • Team collaboration • Guest-first mindset SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain cleanliness, organization, and amenities in respite rooms and throughout the spa Support guest check-in with robes, sandals, and lockers Assist with linen collection, stocking, and treatment room readiness Clean baths and spaces between services to ensure smooth transitions Monitor and maintain lounge and relaxation pool areas Provide support with food and beverage service and restocking Assist with group setups and special requests Communicate clearly with team members and leadership Follow all opening/closing procedures and safety protocols GUEST EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional service Maintain a polished, professional appearance Stay informed on services and spa offerings Follow emergency procedures and complete CPR certification
