Job Description

Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

Design administrative procedure for sales operation‘

Develop process to improve interface with customers

Interface with all relevant departments and suppliers to ensure timely production and distribution of products.

Coach and mentor personnel to assist in development of departmental operations.

Identifying trends with a view to determining system improvements.

Minimum of first degree in Social Sciences or Statistics

Possession of higher degree will be an added advantage

Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar rule within a very dynamic organization

Excellent writing and oral communication skills

Proficiency with MS Word. PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Ability to bring figures to life in decision making

Friendly. resilient, confident and a team player.

Must not be older than 35 years
