Job Description
Requirements:
Must have:
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Experience working autonomously and independently
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Requirements management (User Stories, backlog, acceptance criteria)
- Process modeling (BPMN, flow diagrams)
- Documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, Visio, etc.)

- Organization and priority management
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from clients or stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional solutions.
- Document current (AS-IS) and proposed (TO-BE) processes.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation (use cases, specifications, workflows, etc.)
- Create, manage, and prioritize User Stories within the backlog.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, QA, architects) to ensure proper implementation.
- Validate that developed solutions meet defined requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes.
- Update existing process documentation based on changes or enhancements.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology.
