What We Are Looking For:
Education and Experience
Qualified candidates will need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of four (4) years of customer service experience.
Skills needed:
- Ability to balance interruptions, perform multiple and varied tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong writing, customer service, and communication skills and attention to detail.
What is helpful:
- Candidates with customer service experience in Higher Education, Development, Foundations, or Banking.
- Financial Aid and funds management experience, Microsoft Excel, and database/technical experience.
