Role Mission
As Account Director, you are the key client contact and strategic account leader. You will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, aligning strategy, creative execution, and financial performance. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring projects achieve measurable impact and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strategic client relationships, gaining a clear understanding of their needs and business goals.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (strategy, data intelligence, creative, social media, PR & influencers, media) to ensure cohesive and high-quality delivery.
Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and standards of excellence are consistently met.
Proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts and recommend innovative, value-driven solutions.
Ensure that all activations and campaigns effectively reach the right audiences, at the right time and in the right context.
Prepare performance reports and conduct results analysis, delivering actionable insights to drive continuous improvements.
