Job Description

Manage the depot financial administration and be responsible for all relevant financial and accounting procedures, in accordance with the company's policies and procedures 

To prepare and maintain up to date accounting system, ensuring that all transactions are duly recorded

Manage the proper collection, reconciliation and banking of all monies

Process orders and raise invoices for all sales

B.Sc / HND in Accountancy

At least two years of cognate working experience in an accounts office, audit department or deport/branch operations

Good Microsoft Office Skills(Excel spreadsheet in particular)

Exposure to one or more computerized accounting packages or ERP tools 

Good interpersonal skills
