Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with Linux Server
- Basic knowledge of AWS - Amazon Web Services
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in a hybrid workplace environment
- Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools
- Experience in problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
Responsabilities:
- Handle escalated incidents and service requests from Customers or other downstream apps
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting using logs, system tools, and diagnostics
- Identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes (not just workarounds)
- Collaborate with L3/engineering teams for unresolved or critical issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with SLA / KPI targets (response, resolution, quality)
- Participate in problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support deployments, configuration changes, and system maintenance activities
- PArticipate in Critical incident call torubleshooting the issue identified
- Perticipate and collaborate on SRE activities
Required Languages
