Job Description

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience with Linux Server
  • Basic knowledge of AWS - Amazon Web Services
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience in a hybrid workplace environment
  • Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools
  • Experience in problem management and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsabilities:
  • Handle escalated incidents and service requests from Customers or other downstream apps
  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting using logs, system tools, and diagnostics
  • Identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes (not just workarounds)
  • Collaborate with L3/engineering teams for unresolved or critical issues
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with SLA / KPI targets (response, resolution, quality)
  • Participate in problem management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support deployments, configuration changes, and system maintenance activities
  • PArticipate in Critical incident call torubleshooting the issue identified
  • Perticipate and collaborate on SRE activities

Required Languages
English Fluent advanced 90-100%
