Job Description
The EMEA Principal Benefits Analyst is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for the design, governance, analysis, and optimization of employee benefit programs across the EMEA region. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert in regional benefits, ensuring programs are compliant, competitive, cost‑effective, and aligned with the company’s global Total Rewards strategy while meeting diverse country‑specific requirements. The position partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, external brokers, and vendors, and provides strategic guidance to business leaders on benefits decisions impacting talent attraction, retention, and wellbeing across EMEA.
