Station Technician

The Grid department is responsible for the operation, inspection and maintenance of the Fluxys Belgium transport network

Our teams work every day to ensure the safety of installations, the continuity of gas supply and the reliability of the network.

For our operating site in Grâce-Hollogne, we are looking for a Station Technician (m/f/x).

After an in-depth training period on the installations and the activities of the area, you join a team of technicians responsible for the operation and maintenance of pressure reduction stations.

You directly contribute to the safety, availability and performance of the gas infrastructures operated by Fluxys Belgium.

• You carry out maintenance and repair work on the installations of our pressure reduction stations and write the necessary reports
• You handle the recording of operational data from the various installations
• You ensure the safety of our installations and of our colleagues
• You coordinate work with third parties and carry out the necessary follow-ups
• You participate in continuous improvement in terms of both maintenance and quality processes and standards.

• You hold an A2 degree in electromechanics or equivalent
• You have some experience in the maintenance of technical installations
• You are dynamic and eager to learn
• You have autonomy, discipline and a technical mindset
• You have good social skills and excellent communication abilities
• You have a good command of French and a sufficient knowledge of Dutch and English

In addition, this role requires:

• The willingness to take on an on-call and standby role
• A residence located within a 30-minute radius of our Grâce-Hollogne site
• A category B driving licence
  

  Obtaining a category C licence is required and will be funded by Fluxys
