The Finance-Accounting department ensures the processing and monitoring of financial and accounting operations for Fluxys Belgium, ensuring regulatory compliance and data reliability. 

For our Finance-Accounting department at our headquarters in Brussels, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant (m/f/x)

• You verify the compliance of legal mentions on received invoices;
• You code the VAT on invoice documents (deductible VAT, partially deductible VAT, etc.);
• You match invoices with purchase orders;
• You post documents in accounting using SAP software (Module FI or MM);
• You process invoices for payment;
• You monitor supplier accounts and other accounts. 

• You hold a bachelor’s degree A1 in accounting or A2 (accounting assistant);
• A first experience in general or supplier accounting is an asset;
• Knowledge of accounting principles and VAT is essential;
• You are a team player who works with precision and efficiency;
• You are proficient in French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of the other national language;
• You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  

  Knowledge of SAP is an asset;
