This is a 100% travel position designed for a high-impact leader who can drop into a property, embrace its unique rhythm, and provide immediate stability and leadership. With properties ranging from the beautiful New England Coast, down to sunny Florida, across vibrant Texas, and to breath taking views in Oregon- you really would have the opportunity to work at unique properties that live and breath the location where they are. You will move from property to property, ensuring that the Lark culture remains vibrant and operational standards remain high, even during transitions or staffing gaps.
