PwC is a leading global practice in Tax, Assurance and Advisory, offering a wide range of professional services to major clients worldwide, and therefore opportunities for newcomers to our organization.
Key responsibilities
- Working on the EMEA TLW KM Technology programs to reimagine knowledge tools, processes and automations to improve knowledge findability and reuse, streamline curation, and automate delivery of trusted, up‑to‑date content.
- Content management, records management, information/data architecture, taxonomy/ontology design, metadata standards, content modelling.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AI tools to be able to propose innovative uses for content management - AI/ML knowledge enrichment, content classification, and summarization
- Experience with Workflow automation and low-code tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) and familiarity with API-based integrations; and enterprise knowledge/content platforms; Analytics and reporting, visualization (e.g., Power BI, platform analytics)
- Awareness of search optimization techniques, enterprise search configuration, and relevance tuning
- Awareness of data governance, records management, retention schedules, and access control/role-based permissions.
Other skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with meticulous attention to detail and content quality
- User-centric approach to information architecture and content design
- Project management discipline and the ability to prioritize
- High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professional judgement
- Familiarity with PwC Tax and Legal organization and structure
