Tooling Technician positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Perform modification and maintenance of DISA patterns for foundry operations. Conduct repair and adjustment of core patterns to ensure molding accuracy. Manage trimming press patterns, including replacement, modification, and inspection. Oversee the inventory and usage of materials required for pattern maintenance. Operate milling machines and lathes for pattern fabrication and repair. Perform argon welding for pattern restoration and fabrication needs. Document all pattern modifications and maintain preventive maintenance records. Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure tooling meets process specifications.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Performing pattern maintenance-related material management;
- Operating milling machines and lathes;
- Performing argon welding;
- Performing DISA and core pattern modification; and
- Performing trimming press pattern management.
- Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
