Production Supervisor positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet schedules and ensure on-time delivery. Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards; provide corrective actions as needed. Assign work schedules, track attendance, and ensure coverage for shifts. Train production staff on procedures, safety, and equipment operation. Support continuous improvement, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Prepare and report production performance metrics to management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Working in a manufacturing environment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions
- Working with production processes, safety practices, and quality standards
- Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
