What’s On Offer
- AU$60,000 – $80,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
- Uncapped commissions — OTE AU$120,000 – $160,000
- Career development pathways into senior sales and leadership
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office role (Note: Exact location will be shared with shortlisted candidates)

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Sales Consultant (Appointment Setter). In this role, you will work with qualified leads (no cold calling required) to set up appointments for our senior sales team.
You’ll play a key part in helping Australians start their property investment journey while growing your career in a supportive, fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Build rapport and understand client needs
- Book qualified appointments for senior consultants
- Achieve daily and weekly activity targets
- Take on feedback and coaching to improve performance
