Die Cutter Operator

We're looking for a detail-oriented manufacturing professional to join our Finishing team in Morrisville, NC. If you enjoy operating equipment, producing high-quality products, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with the world's largest trading card manufacturer.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate Bobst and die-cutting equipment to meet production and quality requirements.
  • Review job tickets and production specifications before each job.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed during production.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Complete production documentation and tracking forms accurately.
  • Identify equipment issues and coordinate maintenance support when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety, quality, security, and operational procedures.
  • Support production goals by minimizing waste, downtime, and rework.

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Previous experience operating die-cutting or similar production equipment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
  • Ability to read and follow production instructions and specifications.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely perform physical job requirements.
