We're looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll develop and manage production schedules that balance customer demand, plant capacity, and material availability to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery. Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain daily and short-term production schedules across multiple production lines.
- Adjust schedules based on production performance, material availability, and changing priorities.
- Sequence production activities to maximize efficiency and throughput.
- Participate in daily planning meetings and communicate schedule updates.
- Identify risks to production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Client Services teams to align production plans.
- Support prioritization of urgent customer orders and changing business needs.
- Monitor schedule performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate scheduling data and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with data-driven tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or similar production environments preferred.
- Understanding of capacity planning, production constraints, and operational workflows.
