Job Description

Overview Provide excellent and specialized customer service by creating emotionally enriched relationships with clients. Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM intiatives. Manage and drive sales by understandting client desires. Strives to offer the highest level of customer service and to constantly exceed client expectations Responsibilities Client Book development and maintenance. Suggest new arrivals to clients. Actively supports the visual merchandising following the VM Specialist guidelines. Works well in a team environment with energy and enthusiasm. Completes assigned tasks by the management team. Selling Ceremony ( develops sales, cross selling, and multiple sales). Attends sales training activities. Support Store Manager in driving store strategy to achieve the best sales performance. Demonstrate best in class sales and self leadership Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and positive, forward thinking mindset. Qualifications Previous Senior Sales or Team Leader Experience in a Luxury Retail environment. Ability to work in a fast phased environment. Willingness to work in peak hours and weekends. Passionate about Retail and have a people mindset. Strong communication skills.
