Quality Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for all Quality functions. This person is responsible for maintaining ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and AS9100D certification requirements. The right person for this position needs to be a strong leader that can stand their ground when needed. Lead a quality focused culture. They will need to understand manufacturing, how important deadlines are but also make sure we are protecting the customer from receiving non-conforming product. Will need to be the customer advocate while also being advocate for the company. Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing process driven manufacturing practices; validating those processes; providing documentation and managing staff.
