Program Manager

Ascential Medical & Life Sciences is looking for an experienced, driven program manager to lead complex product development and manufacturing programs within our Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). You will be the single point of accountability for your programs — the CEO of your projects — owning everything from scope and schedule to financial performance and client relationships.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with rigorous execution. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality, and serve as the primary interface with our clients throughout program execution.
