About the Role:
Join eMaids of Camden County as a Professional House Cleaner Team Lead, where you will inspire and manage a dedicated team of cleaning professionals. In this exciting role, you'll ensure our clients receive exceptional service while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of house cleaners to deliver top-notch cleaning services.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Train new team members on cleaning techniques and company policies.
- Schedule and assign cleaning tasks based on client needs.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Research for new Client and new Employee leads.
- Implement safety protocols and best practices in all cleaning operations.
- Assist in resolving any issues that arise during cleaning assignments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment safety.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
