- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Follow specific cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure high-quality service.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
- Adhere to safety and cleaning standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.
"What's Needed"
- Previous experience preferred. Our team needs someone with experience in house cleaning or a related field preferred and who works independently or collaboratively with team members to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Flexible schedule with availability days and on weekends and evenings. You're in full control of your work days.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various client locations.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
- Above-market pay that actually reflects your hard work. No gimmicks! $200. signing bonus after six months of employment.
