We are currently hiring a Management Accountant based out of our Brisbane (Hamilton) office.
Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, this role will see you manage month-end and reporting, whilst business partnering with operational leaders to drive performance, improve processes, explain the ‘why’, and add real value on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities
Own monthly reporting for your portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Engage meaningfully with operational leaders to explain performance, budgets, and forecasts
Analyse results and identify opportunities to improve profitability
Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital tracking
Prepare financial statements, BAS, and tax-related reporting (with support from Tax team)
Get involved in acquisitions to integrate new communities, and drive process improvements to make finance simpler and more efficient
About You
Experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
CA/CPA-qualified (or working towards)
Confident explaining financials (P&L, budgets, forecasts) to non-finance teams
Strong Excel skills and systems experience (JDE/EPM/Newbook are a bonus)
A commercial mindset for improvement, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders
Approachable, calm, resilient, and detail-oriented
