Due to business growth, we’re hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Rochedale, south of Brisbane.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is best described as a Sales Associate-style position, where you’ll support once a customer says “yes” and guide them all the way through the customer journey to moving into their new home.
You’ll build strong relationships, keep momentum in the sale, and make sure every customer feels confident, informed, and excited right through to settlement day.

Key Responsibilities
Support a portfolio of customers from deposit through to settlement
Stay close to each customer, guiding them through contracts, timelines, and next steps in plain English
Keep sales moving by proactively managing milestones, documentation and follow-ups
Act as the key point of contact, building trust and keeping excitement high throughout the journey
Work closely with Sales, Legal and Delivery teams to remove blockers and keep deals progressing
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking through our CRM system
About You
Enjoy building relationships and empathetically supporting customers through big life decisions
Like managing multiple clients at different stages of a journey
Are proactive, organised and naturally follow things through
Communicate clearly and confidently (especially simplifying complex info)
Have experience in property, real estate, sales support, or similar customer-facing roles
