Sourcing Manager

In this role, you will lead complex sourcing initiatives to achieve cost reduction, consolidate spend, and enhance service, reliability, and productivity And you will negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for assigned commodities, closing medium- to high-complexity deals while safeguarding quality, timing, and supply continuity Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies by managing requests for proposals, analyzing bids, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing contract performance You will manage strategic supplier relationships with original equipment manufacturers, dealers, and service providers, driving continuous improvement and resolving disputes Ensure procurement policy compliance by collaborating with global, cross-functional stakeholders and acting as the main contact for Plants and Production procurement activities in the region Utilize strong analytical and market intelligence skills to monitor trends, optimize sourcing strategies, and produce reports on metrics, forecasting, spend, savings, and compliance
