Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities Expand market coverage, identify customer needs and intentions, maintain existing OEM and inactive customers, and develop new OEM accounts. Business development is not limited to OEM channels; end‑user markets will be explored in parallel where resources permit, with East China as the priority region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive engagement with mining companies, EPC contractors and key decision‑makers. Deliver consultative selling solutions by analysing customer requirements, providing customised offerings and demonstrating professional technical expertise in fluid handling applications. Develop and sustain solid relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and establish long‑term strategic partnerships. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and on‑site customer visits to promote Watson‑Marlow solutions. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams including engineering, supply chain and customer support to deliver customised solutions and ensure high‑quality service delivery. Establish comprehensive customer profiles and update customer information in the CRM system in a timely manner. Submit weekly sales visit plans and activity reports via the C4C system. Proactively communicate and resolve cross‑departmental issues.
