Job Summary

TEOCO’s Audit team is seeking a smart, self-motivated, and collaborative candidate. This is a great opportunity to gain or build upon experience in telecom consulting, developing a foundation of telecom knowledge and learning software tools.


Key Responsibilities

Dispute Management Support

  • Own the end-to-end resolution of billing discrepancies by electronically filing and tracking disputes through their entire lifecycle for assigned vendors.

  • Serve as a proactive liaison between external vendors and internal auditors, facilitating clear communication to expedite solutions.

  • Maintain comprehensive client and vendor reporting.

  • Conduct targeted research into complex billing issues to support management’s strategic goals.

  • Play an integral role in efforts to meet both client and internal metrics/goals.

Vendor Interaction

  • Develop and maintain an escalation list of contacts for assigned vendors.

  • Obtain or maintain portal IDs for vendors that require interaction through portals.

  • Understand the nuances associated with each vendor portal and how to navigate within them.

  • Run or provide support to management on vendor calls.

  • Proactively work to understand major dispute issues associated with assigned vendors.

  • Execute BOTs that automate processes and support further automation as opportunities arise.

Technical Skills

  • Demonstrate the ability to create basic SQL queries in one or more available querying tools.

  • Leverage third-party tools such as Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite to provide reporting and complete analysis.

  • Demonstrate solid understanding of internal dispute management tool.


Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Basic understanding of SQL queries.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.


Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and querying tools.

  • Understanding of dispute management tools and processes.

  • Exposure to telecom billing or telecom consulting is preferred.

  • Experience working with vendor portals and BOT execution is an advantage.

Candidate must mirror the hours of US operations, with limited exceptions.
