Job Summary:

Job Role: Client Operation Manager

Location: Kolkata

Experience Range (In years): 3-5 years.

- Work as Client Operations Manager during India hours for the client(s) allocated.

- Will be responsible for ensuring clients SLAs and deliverables are met.

- Understands all client projects both service and product related; supports account manager in communicating and/or gathering information related to tracking and delivering these projects; identifies any impacts to the service and resolves them

- Analyse and troubleshoot any issues raised by the client using internal tools.

- Provides month end support to the client

- Interacts with clients mostly through emails, but also calls when needed or when the calls are not too late.

- Interacts with other teams in the LOB, as and when needed to meet client requirements.

- Creating and sharing reports with management and clients.

- Analyse data for process improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • - The candidate should have experience in doing analytical work. He/she should be able to demonstrate that.

    - The candidate must have good communications skills, both verbal and written.

    - Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Outlook and MS excel.

    - The candidate must be have good planning and organising skills to enable him/her to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.

    - Should be able to work as an individual performer and as a team player as and when needed.

    - Should have client handling experience.

    - The candidate should have problem solving ability.

    - The candidate should be a good individual contributor who is able to apply himself/herself.


Required Skills & Competencies
  • The candidate should be in a Senior Executive/SME/Supervisor/Lead/Trainer role for a year.

  • Should have strong analytical skill.

  • The candidate must have good communications skills, both verbal and written.

  • The candidate should have experience in doing analytical work. He/she should be able to demonstrate that.

    - Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Outlook and MS excel.

    - The candidate must be have good planning and organising skills to enable him/her to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.

    - Should be able to work as an individual performer and as a team player as and when needed.

    - Should have client handling experience.

    - The candidate should have problem solving ability.

    Academic Criteria: Graduates may apply. The qualifications acquired in regular mode are eligible. Preferably 50% marks through-out.


Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge
  • Desirable: Candidates in the IT sector (non-technical) or Telecom will be preferable.

    Candidate should have client handling experience.
