About the Role
As a Production Team Member – Underbelly, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality pontoon boats by installing aluminum panels and components on the underside and sides of each boat.
This is a hands-on, team-oriented role where attention to detail and pride in your work makes a real impact. We also encourage team members to learn multiple workstations, creating opportunities for cross-training and career growth.
Barletta offers two levels of Production roles (Production I & II) based on experience, skill level, and the ability to work across multiple departments.
What You’ll Do
- Install aluminum panels and components on boat underbellies and sides
- Use hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain quality and craftsmanship standards in a fast-paced environment
- Support cross-training initiatives and learnadditionalproduction roles
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliable attendance andstrong senseof accountability
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Willingness to learn new skills and work across multiple departments
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting (up to 40lbs), and continuous movement throughout your shift
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drugscreen
- Regular use of hand tools and production equipment
- Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
