About the Role
The Production Team Member – Rail Build plays a key role in ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of our pontoon boats. This hands-on position focuses on inspecting, repairing, and finishing rail components to meet Barletta’s high standards.
What You’ll Do
- Perform quality inspections on rear rails and panels
- Identify and repair defects such as scratches, dents, and surface imperfections
- Use hand tools and production equipment to complete finishing work
- Maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety standards and contribute to a safe working environment
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.) throughout the shift
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screenFrequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Regular use of hand tools and production equipment
- Indoor manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to varying conditions
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
