At Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) Cardiff, we're looking for an Aqua Flex printer to join our dedicated team and help maintain our high standards.    The Role:   As an Aqua Flex Printer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include   Operating Flexo presses to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications.  Complete make-ready in an efficient manner and in accordance with work instructions and product specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used.  Conduct and complete thorough quality checks, including print clarity, colour consistency, registration, and ink adhesion in line with product specifications in line with BRC standards.   Maintain high production efficiency while minimizing waste.  Perform routine maintenance on equipment and keep everything running smoothly.  Follow all safety rules and report any concerns to ensure a safe and secure workplace.  Keep your workspace clean and organised through daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning of plates, cylinders and ink pans.     What We’re Looking For:    A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  Experience in printing operations (preferred but not required)  Team player with a strong work ethic    Hours of Work:  40 hours per week averaged over 3 weeks shift pattern of Days/ Afternoons/ nights    Week 1- Day Shift (44 hours) Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM until 2:00 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM   Week 2 – Afternoon Shift (32 hours) - Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM    Week 3 – Nights (44 hours) Sunday to Thursday 6:00 PM until 6:00 AM   Benefits: 26 days holiday plus standard bank holidays   Employer Pension contributions of 4%   Free Parking   Uniform provided (production only)  Free Fruit       Essential - Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available for this role    Diversity & Inclusion:    MCC fosters an inclusive culture that respects and embraces our teammates’ diverse backgrounds and experiences, so that everyone can achieve their full potential here.
