Senior Technical Development Lead (AI-Native Transformation)

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Development Lead to spearhead the evolution of our engineering team from a traditional cloud-native shop to a fully AI-driven development powerhouse. This is an onsite work opportunity based at our Eden Prairie, MN location.

This is a hands-on technical role. You will spend your time building production-grade solutions in Azure/Node.js stack and managing deployments via AKS, while simultaneously architecting the AI agents, RAG systems, and automated workflows that will redefine our SDLC.
