Job Description
The Associate - Painting supports and oversees painting and surface preparation operations, including spray painting, grit blasting, and protective coatings. The role ensures compliance with global quality standards, safety requirements, and production targets while assisting in manpower management and coordination with assembly and other departments. Responsibilities include monitoring process parameters, maintaining paint and chemical stock levels, conducting inspections and tests, handling customer/TPI inspections and audits, and driving continuous improvement. The associate also contributes to training new joiners, implementing innovative practices, and ensuring smooth functioning of the paint shop in line with assembly and production plans
