Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and expertise across the Victorian transport industry.
You will have the ability to manage large, complex projects or programs of work with multiple stakeholders in challenging environments. You will lead and develop teams using your interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Strong understanding of client needs, strive to achieve a high level of client satisfaction
- Work closely across partners to provide technical input and ensure quality technical/engineering outcomes for projects
- Work with project teams to review deliverables and ensure compliance with technical and quality assurance standards.
- Being a role model in leading the culture and values of the KBR business, this is a driving factor behind our success
- Commitment to meeting the undertakings of KBR HSE and Quality Policies.
